I need to know what a Financial Planning Company is and what exactly those companies are doing….

I had to buy a used auto from 'we finance' like early this year due to no credit establishment. And I have been sucked paying over 200% of the blue book price. And I don't want to keep paying that because financial situation these days is not really good. If I stop paying monthly payment and they repossess the auto, how would it affect my credit and what else is expected to happen?
If they report a repo, and with no positive credit and only a repo your credit report, of course your credit rating would be terrible. Go to FTC.gov and pull a free copy of your report. You can see if they are currently reporting the loan. If so you can be assured the repo would show up, if not they then that means they may not report payment history, but they could report a default or judgement. The same way a cell phone company or utility would do.
Try to negotiate a settlement to pay off the loan, maybe they give you an X% discount for a lump sum payment. Get EVERYTHING in writing. And even then who knows what could happen. Actually I would only pay them through an attorney or CPA, ie they give the attorney the title and you pay the attorney, who signs over the title to you and pays the dealer.
Be careful, simply asking for a settlement can be considered a default, so they could repo the car.
If you default they repo the car will "auction" it for some fraction of the value and then try to collect the deficency balance from you, with interest and fees. Trust me they are the experts in this game, they know exactly what they are doing and have seen any and everything you could think of.

I am trying to google foreclosure homes in my area of Evansville, IN and every site that I come to wants me to become a member and pay to view the information. I know there has to be an easier way to search for these properties. Any ideas?

I am really interested in investing in the stock market, but I don't want to use a broker. Is there a website or something to go to, to invest in a companie?
You are right not to want to use a broker. I learned that hard lesson several times. Brokers make money from commissions when you buy and sell. That means they profit from 'churning' your account. Some of them have no more experience in picking good companies than you or me. Having a brokerage license has little to do picking great stocks.
You can do better on your own with a good discount brokerage firm. Try some place like Charles Schwab. (not sure if I spelled it right either.). You won't get a full service broker, but they will help you do what you tell them you want to do and it will be a lot cheaper when you do buy or sell stock.
Before you invest, read some books on the basics of making money in the market using tried and true methods that minimize risk and allow you to identify winning companies.
There are many good books on stock investing. The "Motley Fool" books are good, and the Peter Lynch books are good. Do a search on amazon.com and you can see what is available. There will be many reviews of people that have read them sharing their thoughts on each book.

Do I have to go through a broker? Can I buy it directly from the company? I have never bought stock before. I have a friend who works at Forward Air, and he thinks they are a good company. I want to get my feet wet in the stock market. Is there a minimum amount I have to spend to buy a stock?

The stock is public traded on the NASDAQ exchange.
You can use a broker or Internet like e-trade or schwab.
Stocks are usually sold in multiples of 100 shares.

I need financial advice to either refinance my home or sale it. A co-worker gave a Primerica agent my number and left me a message to call back. I just don't understand why some would give advice without knowing me? Is there a catch or something I don't know.
They will give advice under the hope that they will get a sale out of it…most banks, lenders, financial analysts etc…do that. Usually though they are vague at first, so have questions written down to ask them before calling. That way you can get the most out of the call
